Beth Land is a digital collage illustrator who works under the pseudonym Pig Meat, a nickname she adopted after being bitten by a pig as a child.

Beth’s style and inspirations lend themselves nicely to satirical themes and she finds great joy in mocking political figures and portraying ‘the everyday’ in off the wall and jilted ways. By blending traditional and digital illustration and collage techniques, Beth’s practice aims to project its own brand of nonsense onto the chaotic absurdity of life, consequently offering a unique lens through which to view the world.
