Lancaster born and Preston native. Character design is the heart of Ray’s practice. Working digitally in both colour and greyscale to immerse people in stories is a great passion; seeing people connect with characters is what drives their creativity. Storytelling is the basis of Ray’s work, bringing characters, ideas and stories to life.

In 2023, Ray was awarded the Gold Award for Illustration by Creative Conscience for their project ‘High School’.
